For firms

One firm voice across every inspector, every project.

Operations for special-inspection firms: firm-style drafting, reviewer workflow, PE seal, audit trail, analytics, scheduling, and integrations with the tools you already run on.

Firm capabilities

Everything operations cares about, in one workspace.

Firm-style drafting

Partners upload a handful of prior reports. The system extracts your house voice, structure, and citation habits into a firm style profile. Every draft after that reads like you wrote it.

Reviewer workflow

Inspectors submit drafts to a reviewer queue with an SLA timer. Reviewers approve, request changes, or reject with a reason — with threaded discussion tied to the inspection.

PE seal with audit trail

PEs are validated against license state and expiry before seal. PAdES cryptographic signatures stamp the PDF with a hash that's publicly verifiable. Every action is immutably logged.

Team visibility + scheduling

Live coverage across every active project, every inspector. Recurring schedules, workload rebalance, availability, time-off, and ICS feeds you can subscribe to from Outlook or Google.

Analytics + finance

KPI dashboards for volume, turnaround, cost per report, deficiency trends, and per-inspector productivity. Weekly digest email. Scheduled custom reports out to PDF or CSV.

IBC Chapter 17 final reports

Statement of Special Inspection builder, coverage analyzer, final report assembler, and SIR seal — for projects that require the full Chapter 17 closeout package.

Operational wins

What changes on day 30.

The things your partners and your ops lead notice within a month of turning it on.

Consistency across inspectors

No more reports that read like they came from six different people. The style profile keeps voice, structure, and citation format consistent regardless of who ran the visit.

Turnaround the client can set a watch by

Same-day close is realistic for most visits. For firms that require reviewer + PE seal, the SLA timer makes sure nothing sits in a queue overnight.

Defensible audit log

Every edit, every approval, every seal, every delivery is logged with author, timestamp, and IP. Seven-year retention. Reproducible for disputes or AHJ records requests.

Integrations with the tools you use

Procore push of observations + photos + sealed PDF. Autodesk Construction Cloud issues. Public REST API with scoped keys. Outbound webhooks for ERP notifications.

Enterprise-ready access

SAML 2.0 SSO via WorkOS (Okta, Entra, Google, generic SAML). SCIM user provisioning. White-label domain + branding for reseller firms on the Enterprise tier.

No lock-in on your data

Exportable at any time. Raw audio, transcripts, observations, reports, photos, and plan annotations — all downloadable. Contract end, we delete derived style weights within 30 days.

Firm FAQ

Questions from partners and ops leads.

How does firm-style training work?+

Your admin uploads a set of prior reports during onboarding. We extract the structure, voice, common citations, and per-discipline templates. The style profile lives in a per-firm partition — never shared with other firms or used to train a shared model.

Can we enforce reviewer approval before any inspection is sealed?+

Yes. Firm settings and per-project settings both support 'require reviewer approval.' You can also require reviewer approval selectively by inspection type (structural might require it, a routine fire walkthrough might not).

What's the PE seal workflow?+

The inspector routes the approved report to a PE signatory. The PE validates, enters their certificate password (encrypted on our side), and the PAdES signature is applied. The delivered PDF carries a hash that's verifiable at a public URL. No wet-ink hand-off.

Can we push reports to Procore?+

Yes. Once a firm connects Procore via OAuth and maps a project, finalized inspections automatically create Procore Observations with photos and attach the sealed PDF to the Procore record. Direction is configurable per mapping.

Do you have an SLA?+

Yes. Enterprise contracts get a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA with service credits. All plans get status page monitoring and incident email notifications.

How does billing work?+

Per-inspector seats, billed monthly or annually. Annual is 20% off. Pilot firms get founding-firm terms that lock in for 12 months. Custom enterprise contracts are available with NET-30 terms and wire transfer.
