The Firm tier unlocks firm-side workflow: reviewer queues, shared firm-style profile, cross-project analytics, scheduling, and integrations that only make sense when more than one inspector is producing reports. If you're solo, Individual has everything you need at a lower total cost. If you're a two-person practice, Firm at $129 × 2 is cheaper than two Individual seats and gives you the reviewer flow on top.
No. Unlimited inspections, unlimited reports, and reasonable storage are included in every plan. There's no per-report, per-transcript, per-minute, or per-photo fee. Very large archival use cases can add extended retention on Enterprise.

Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans cancel at the next renewal. On cancellation you can export every inspection, report, photo, and audio file. We delete derived firm-style-profile weights within 30 days of contract end.
