Arrive + snap
Snap the cover photo of the jobsite sign. The app reads the permit, project, scope, and AHJ off the sign and pre-fills your inspection header. Confirm or edit; 15 seconds to start.
Field-first voice capture, offline queue, plan annotations, coverage review, and a live AI assistant that answers your questions without interrupting the session.
What your field workflow looks like when you're using InspectionVoice. No clipboards, no extra apps.

Tap record. Describe what you see. Noise-tolerant transcription handles generator drone, echo, and wind. Diarization keeps your voice separate from the GC who joins you for a minute.
Tap Ask AI when you need a code lookup, a section reference, or a draft corrective action. The recording pauses safely. When you close the assistant, recording resumes into the same session.
Before you leave the site, the coverage matrix tells you which checklist items are covered, which have gaps, and which need a photo. Close gaps in 60 seconds with a follow-up recording.
Hit finalize. The pipeline drafts your report in your firm's voice. You review and sign. Reviewer approves. If a PE seal is required, it routes to the PE. Same afternoon close-out.
The report was written while you drove back. Your evenings are your own again. When clients call with questions, you pull the session audio and transcript in seconds.
Every session queues locally to IndexedDB while you're on site. Photos, plan annotations, and observations follow. When LTE returns, the queue syncs in dependency order — no lost work.
Drop pins, circles, rectangles, or freehand marks on the plan PDF, right from the phone. Each mark links to the observation it explains. Annotated crops appear in the delivered report.
Snap photos during the session — they auto-attach to the nearest observation. Photo analysis runs in parallel with transcription, pulling out subjects and conditions for the report.
Re-inspections inherit the open observations from the prior visit as 'verify' items. Pass them on two consecutive visits and they auto-close. Every change is tracked in a differential report.
For coordinated site visits with structural, fire, and MEP inspectors, you see a live team-progress board. The consolidated report rolls up observations across every discipline.
Every voice session, every photo, every edit is captured with an author + timestamp. If a report is ever disputed, you can reproduce exactly what was said on site.
Yes. Voice recording, photo capture, plan annotations, observation edits, and session management all run fully offline against a local IndexedDB. The sync queue resolves dependencies (inspection → sessions → recordings/photos) when you reconnect.
Tap Ask AI while recording. The active session stops cleanly and the current chunk is queued for upload. The assistant sheet opens with project + inspection context. You ask typed or voice questions. Close the sheet and recording auto-resumes into the same session with a new chunk.
Yes. Every observation, every citation, every severity grade is editable. The inspector owns the final content. The original AI draft is preserved in the audit log in case anyone needs to compare.
Upload them retroactively from the session screen. They'll attach to whichever observation you select. Exif-based timestamps are preserved in the audit log.
Yes — it's a PWA. Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android. Install from the browser Share menu → Add to Home Screen. Native audio recording, camera access, and offline storage all work the same as a native app.
Your admin can upload a custom checklist per jurisdiction and inspection type. The citation system will reference whatever clause library your firm has loaded.
14 days, no credit card. We'll turn your first site visit into a sealed, cited, firm-style report before you're back at your desk.
